1. 您在皇后购网站上购买直邮发货的商品时，自动视为同意由皇后购所使用的快递公司代您向中国海关进行申报，请务必提供准确身份证号码，并j及时上传身份证至快递/物流网站 (同个物流公司只需要上传一次)。商品价格都是关税全额补贴价格，您无需担心关税问题。

2. 商品本身无中文标签，您可以查看网站的翻译或者联系我们的客服。

3. 澳洲新西兰商品非常注重包装的环保和便携性，大部分无外盒，不塑封，开口处也没有封口贴。包装上一般不会列出保质期多长，一般只会标注到期日期或者生产日期（澳新产品的日期格式多为日/月/年），也有只标注出厂批号不标注日期的情况。但请放心，皇后购销售的所有商品都是符合澳洲质量标准规定的合格产品。有些喷印的日期，在运输过程中因为摩擦碰撞容易糊掉或被碰掉，是正常现象。

4. 您在皇后购购买的所有商品，所适用的品质、健康、标识等项目使用标准均符合原产国使用标准，但可能与中国大陆标准有所不同，所以在使用过程中由此可能产生的损失以及其他风险，由您个人承担。

5. 请买家签收包裹时，先检查再签收。签收前打开检查货物完好无损，货物如有缺失、损坏，请让快递员出具书面证明，并尽快联系皇后购客服人员处理

6. 皇后购的商品均为澳洲、新西兰直邮，买家需谨慎下单，如无质量问题，不接受任何形式退货退款。

7. 售后问题请于您收到货物后及时联系客服

【理赔流程】

1. 如遇破损、少件，除要求快递员在运单上注明情况并签字外，请先勿动包裹内的其他物品或丢弃纸箱，尽快按照下方照片拍摄内容清单拍摄相关照片，发送给客服。
2. 照片拍摄内容清单：

        4. 如遇拍摄照片不符合理赔要求，皇后购有权要求客户在规定时间内重新拍摄提交；

        5. 确认理赔信息完整可以赔付之后，皇后购将在5个工作日左右安排退款，

【不予理赔的几类情况】

1. 签收后超过12小时未联系客服，无法提供完整、有效的相关证据、快递证明，不予理赔；

2. 罐装奶粉憋罐变形但未破损、袋装奶粉因挤压变形但未破损，不予理赔；

3. 产品瓶身标签磨损、开胶不予理赔；

4.由于天气气候原因造成产品融化，不予理赔（巧克力，软糖，软胶囊等）

5. 产品无质量问题且未过期，客户不得因为产品的生产日期不够新鲜而申请退货、换货。
